Only once a formal written mortgage offer has been issued per application.
No offer = no fee.

✅ Lender/Insurer Commission

We may receive commission from the lender or insurer when your mortgage completes or your policy is placed live and on risk. This does not increase your rate or premium, payments or product cost, and is always disclosed in your documentation.
