HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR TAX CALCULATIONS AND TAX YEAR OVERVIEWS FROM HMRC

If you are self-employed, your mortgage can be assessed in a variety of ways. To ensure we can use the most beneficial figures you will be asked for your tax calculations and tax year overviews. If you self-assess your income directly with HMRC, you can obtain these yourself by logging in to your HMRC portal or if you have an accountant, please contact them and ask them to provide these.

If you are also a shareholder and/or Director of a Limited Company of 25% or more, we will also require your latest 3yrs full accounts as some lenders can use retained profits if you do not draw down all of your income from the business.
